Notice of the Members’ Meeting of the Winegrowing Section

SCAAVO hereby calls the members of the Winegrowing Section to a Members’ Meeting to be held on Wednesday, 29 July 2026, in the Cooperative’s assembly hall, located at Avenida de las Américas, 35, Mollina (Málaga).

The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. on first call and at 7:30 p.m. on second call.

The following matters will be discussed during the meeting:

• Preparation of the lists of members attending in person and represented by proxy, in order to determine whether a quorum is present.
• Report on the winegrowing settlement for the 2025/2026 season.
• Reading and, where appropriate, approval of the rules for the 2026/2027 season.
• Scheduling of the collection of grapes included in the quality programme.
• Appointment of three members to sign the minutes of the Meeting.
• Any other business and questions.

Members who are unable to attend may be represented by another member, their spouse or a person with whom they habitually live, or by a relative with full legal capacity up to the second degree of kinship by blood or marriage.

Members of the Winegrowing Section are also reminded that they must visit the Cooperative and speak to Jaime or Patricia in order to change the registered holder of their plots in the electronic DAT system, the use of which has been compulsory since the 2024/2025 season.
