The Agriculture representative from the Regional Government of Andalusia visits the SCAAVO facilities

THE SECRETARY-GENERAL FOR AGRICULTURE, THE HEAD OF THE RURAL DEVELOPMENT AND PROMOTION SERVICE, AND THE DIRECTOR OF THE OCA ALSO JOINED THE VISIT

The Agriculture representative from the Regional Government of Andalusia, Fernando Fernández; the Secretary-General of Agriculture, José María Bergillos; the head of the Rural Development and Promotion service, Enrique Cano; and the director of Antequera’s Regional Agricultural Office (OCA), Rafael Martínez, visited the facilities of the Sociedad Cooperativa Andaluza Agrícola Virgen de la Oliva SCAAVO. SCAAVO’s manager, Germán Luna, joined them to show them all the Cooperative’s departments, as well as Bodegas Carpe Diem, which the Agriculture representative showed great interest in. Fernandez also explained and advised Luna on the possibility of SCAAVO creating a community of irrigators.
